As part of this study, I would like to acknowledge the input from my colleague
Mr. Charles Ramdatt who first mentioned to me his desire to see a wastewater treatment facility in Falmouth out of his concern for the long term ecological health of the harbour and surroundings marine life.

I would also like to acknowledge a discussion I had about the drains over six months ago with the then MP, Mr. Wendell Stewart, who brought the Foreshore Road canal extensions to my attention and expressed his desire to have a similar remedy to alleviate the flooding situation on Trelawny & Newton Streets.

My cousin (and engineering colleague), Mr. Richard Chambers, also assisted me in removing some of the blockage from the canal and taking some of the photographs over six months ago.

All photographs shown are my personal property and I hereby grant free use of these images for non-commercial use only and I only require that you acknowledge or reference the source if you choose to use any of these images.

I also have pictures that show the runoff from the other gutters into the mangroves and other parts of the sea by the fisherman's beach uptown which I will post at a later time.
