A Trip Report - (Part B)
- For January 2004

Barracks School

The Falmouth All Age school (aka. Barracks School).

The Principal, Mr. Talbert Golding pauses for a picture

Mr. Golding lecturing his class.

The Principal shares a light moment with his students.

Mr. Golding writes down his e-mail, phone number, and address.

Class picture with teacher...well some of the class.

Same class...different picture.

Mrs. Roberts, teacher in charge of the computer lab.

Mrs. Roberts, smiles at her own picture taken by Richard Chambers.

The computer lab ... now secured by burglar bars and a padlock after previous break-ins.

Inside the lab ... there are three workstations. Fund-raising efforts of Cloggyseba and Sherwin Wilson will soon upgrade this facility.

One of my former classrooms...(either Mrs. Gordon or Mrs. Foster).

Recess...students playing on the "machine gun". That was out of bounds in my time.

...still playing.

Richard, far left, mapping the "GPS" coordinates while the students play.

Schoolgirls playing some kind of hand-clapping game.

A school girl just sits on the cannon and enjoys the breeze.

Paul poses with a couple of the girls...I rarely get a chance to be in the photos ... Richard did the honors.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Principal of the Falmouth All Age School, Mr. Talbert Golding, and Mrs. Roberts for taking a few minutes out of their busy day to speak with me when I stopped by the school.

Sincerely,
